The size of your stage depends on various factors such as the scale of your events, the number of audience members, the number of performers, and how you intend to use the stage. Generally, larger events with more attendees require larger stages. Commonly used sizes can serve as reference points. A 3m x 2m stage is suitable for small presentations, a 6m x 4m stage works well for medium-sized events or for a five-piece band, and an 8m x 5m stage is ideal for concerts or school ceremonies. All our stages are designed to be easily set up, requiring only basic physical strength. In fact, the majority of our customers have no prior staging experience; they include school teachers, hotel staff, church volunteers, and maintenance personnel. We provide videos, manuals, or even phone support if you need any assistance with installation. Most of our customers have found the installation process straightforward. The modular nature of our portable stages has made installation simple; once you learn how to set up a single unit, the rest is simply repeating the process.

The Lite stage can be set up by a single person as it only weighs 13kg. All other stages come in larger deck sizes and heavier weights, so we recommend having at least two persons for safe lifting. If you have more helping hands on your team, that’s great, as it will speed up the installation process and save time.
